We aim to ship all goods within 2-3 days of your order being placed. If any goods are out of stock we will notify you.
Shirt Deliveries:
Delivery on custom shirts will take up to 14 working days.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items that are returned within 7 days of receipt will not incur a restocking. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be the new condition and included with the return. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding.
We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement. Exchanges for other product or requests for store credit will not be assessed a restocking fee.

Custom Shirt Orders:
NO exchange will be given on custom order shirts. This does not effect your rights and exchanges will be made if the goods are deemed faulty.
Clearance:
Clearance items can NOT be returned or exchanged, and all sales are FINAL. All clearance items have limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
All products sold by Sheffield Steelers Online Store are brand new. Please check all items upon receipt, if the items seemed damaged please report this to us immediately. NO returns will be accepted of used items!
All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with returned items.
